Retaining walls are being finished. 

Exterior is progressing. 

We are insulating 1st floor and the connector / clubhouse building.

Building A - 3rd floor is primed. Texture today and paint on Monday. 

The siding is also starting to come along. 

Building B - 2nd floor exterior walls are going up.

Retaining walls are being poured.

3rd floor drywall is being taped. 

Parking lot is graded out and we are forming the bumper sidewalks.

Footings are being formed for the retaining walls by the overhead doors. 

Parking lot is in - working on final prep for curbs and sidewalk walk. 

Clubhouse - roof is almost dried in.

The roof of the clubhouse is being sheathed. We will start the roof Tuesday.

 

 

The first building - nearly all wrapped up with windows and patio doors installed.

Units are starting to get insulated and drywalled.

The club house footings have been poured and we are starting building B underground.

Building B - precast is being set. 

The footings are also being poured for the connector.
